If you’re recovering from a sports injury, or have ongoing pain, physiotherapy could help you. Physiotherapists will give you exercises to improve mobility and strength, they may also provide advice, education, and some hands-on treatment to relieve pain and stiffness. During the current climate, there will be an initial consultation online and if further in-person treatment is required that can be the next step.
