The approach to and experience of a session will vary from person to person. The work can address issues in whatever way the client wishes; whether it be for physical aches and pains, acute or chronic disease, emotional or psychological disturbances, or simply a desire to dig deep.The whole of our life history is held in our physical form.
It is a subtle and profound healing form which assists the body’s natural intelligence. An hour session will enable talking and listening to what brings you and you are fully clothed when we work on the couch.
Sometimes people report relief after only one or two sessions. For long-standing problems further sessions may be needed. Some people find they benefit from regular treatment over an extended period and say that, as well as noticing improvement in their physical or emotional symptoms, they feel they have increased self-awareness and improved quality of life.
