Monica ‘s journey as a Complementary Therapist started over 20 years ago.
A member of the M.T.I, she is fully qualified in Holistic Massage, I.H.M., M.L.D.,
Reiki Healing and Reflexology.
She has been working within bereavement, drugs and alcohol, mental
health and homeless organisations in London where she also delivers Well
Being workshops.
Having worked with a variety of clients, she understands the importance of
tailoring the treatments to suit the uniqueness of individual needs.

In 2021 she increased her knowledge by training at the College of Cranio-Sacral
Therapy in North London, as a therapist.
Falling deeply in love with this Therapy and seeing the amazing impact and
transformation has brought in people’s lives, she is now focused in offering
Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Reflexology treatments.
Her warm, friendly and professional approach, ensures clients feel at ease,
relaxed and supported during their healing process.

In addition, Monica also practices Crystal therapy & Chakra balancing.
